Albino clawed frog

Albino Clawed Frogs are fully aquatic amphibians known for their pale, pinkish-white skin and active behavior. Hardy and long-lived, they are best housed in species-only tanks or with robust, fast-moving fish, as they will attempt to eat anything that fits in their mouth. These frogs enjoy a soft-bottomed tank with plenty of space to swim.

  • Temperament: Semi-aggressive and opportunistic predator

  • Recommended Group Size: Alone or in groups of 2+ in large tanks

  • Minimum Tank Size: 20 gallons (per frog)

  • Max Size: 4–5 inches (females may be larger)

  • Diet: Hikari Carnivore Pellets, frozen bloodworms, brine shrimp, chopped earthworms, and specially formulated frog pellets
